Study suggests cheese may help you live longer

A late study disseminated in the journal Nature Medicine reported that eating cheddar — especially the developed kind containing the compound spermidine, as found in blue cheddar — was associated with a more expanded life in all around advanced animals when attempted on mice.

"The mice don't simply live longer when we supplement spermidine to the drinking water, in any case they are in like manner more valuable to the extent cardiovascular limit," Frank Madeo, co-maker of the study and an instructor at the University of Graz in Austria, told Medical Daily.
